Jim Sugel is committed to providing exceptional service to all his clients, and understands the real estate industry and its dynamic and constantly evolving nature. Jim was first licensed as a Realtor back in his native Chicago in 1995, after working for over 10 years in the software industry. He has been involved in real estate in California since relocating here in 1999. He has owned several residential and income properties, and has first hand knowledge of the cyclical nature of the real estate market and the complexities inherent therein.
“Dedicated service to my clients and absolute integrity are my guiding principles”, says Jim. “Real estate transactions can seem complicated and scary, and my job is to handle the details professionally so my clients don’t have to worry. However, it’s also crucial that they remain completely informed at every step of the transactional process, so communication and responsiveness are key as well.”
Jim loves business and people in Southern California, and in addition to working as a Realtor still dabbles in the occasional software project. “But working with real people in the real world in the real estate business is my calling now” he says.
Jim’s hobbies outside of real estate are hiking, canyoneering, and climbing in our beautiful Southern California mountains. “I have truly come to appreciate the phenomenal beauty of our natural environments here, and I now operate a Southern California hiking web site – www.thehikersway.com – that chronicles some of the wonderful hikes and adventures in our local areas.”
Whether you are selling, buying, or leasing a home, income, or vacation property, Jim is here to help you through the process.
